Surge Help

I have a pretty consistent cycle of 28 days. Typically ovulation is between day 13-15. That’s not to say I haven’t had off cycles, especially this past year. I just want to make sure I didn’t potentially miss a surge. I started testing on day 9 and it’s now day 16 of the cycle and all the lines look similar to me but close in the past couple of days. This is a new brand of strips so I may switch back, but can anyone confirm for me that there hasn’t been a surge yet?
