Needing advice/ experiences

TW! Unplanned pregnancy and needing some people's experiences.

I found out a week ago I'm pregnant with baby number 4. I have had 3 HG pregnancies already and just do not know how I will cope with another plus working full time and 3 kids. Has anyone else been in the same situation? Did you go through with the pregnancy or decide it was not an option and settled with that? If that was your decision how are you now and how did you feel/process that? I do feel like guilt would take over me if i went down that road. I am already freaking out and already nauseous and only 5 weeks along. 😭
