4/5 weeks

Hey! So i have had 2 miscarriages in the past. I also have a thyroid disease and pcos. This pregnancy is terrifying me. Ive had some off and on spotting, mainly a little bit of pink in my discharge. I have had 2 hcg draws so far

2/ 27 - 63 ( ob said was a little low)

3/2 - 394 ( said was a good sign)

I have also had a little off and on cramping ive heard is normal. I have my viability ultrasound on the 14th and IM absolutely terrified. I went to the er last night bc I started bleeding a little heavier and they did a pelvic and said my cervix was closed and blocked (idk what that means) and i have no active bleeding. This morning i was spotting (pink/ brown in my discharge but they said it could have just been irritation from the pelvic exam. I also have an ultrasound tmr at 9 the er wants me to do it even though they said might not be able to see much. I have an appointment today im gonna see if they will do another hcg draw to make sure it hasn’t dropped at all. Im only 2 days into my hopefully missed period. Does this seem like it’s just implantation?
