Is this from remaining hormone levels

So the 19th Feb I had an early scan but I measured a bit behind then I thought I was and only fetal pole cud be seen no heart beat yet. I've an appointment tomorrow in epu, I was on vacation last week and had a big bleed which I assumed was miscarriage. This happened over 8 days ago...bleeding stopped on Sunday (big bleed was the Monday before 24th Feb).

I'm in Epu tomorrow but I took a test this evening assuming I would see negative results but it's still positive
