Confused

So according to my apps i.shouldnt ovulate until the 12th on this app and the 9th on my premom app but both apps are saying ovulation is today. I am completely confused. I did have a shorter cycle and started my period 5 days early so that might be why. It is saying my peak day was yesterday and we BD'd on the 28th and yesterday so I am hoping if today was ovulation day that we did enough and if not then there is always next month too!
