self betterment
hi all,
i have a genetic disorder that affects my lungs, and my doctors are recommending that i exercise in order to clear them and better my health in the long run. i am a very depressive person, and an anxious person, as such it is difficult for me to leave my house. i hardly leave my house unless it is required of me because i find more comfort in staying indoors. however, as summer is approaching and spring is offering much more favourable conditions, i was wondering how to motivate myself into getting up and going on a run? is there anything i should know beforehand, and anything i should do to prepare?
