Red spotting for almost a week

Hi did this happen to anyone?? I need some reassurance!

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING *

I started having red spotting on Saturday. The day BEFORE I had blood work done and it was 1200 doubling normal since 4 weeks 5 days.

I left for Disney world that same day so COULDN’T see my dr. Since then I’ve had spotting everyday of my vacation. NO cramping, NO clots..

I’m debating on going to the ER while I’m here.. did this happen to anyone else? What happened??

With my daughter I bled lightly mostly brown. So this feels different.
