anyone else feel this way? My husband can't keep a secret and I don't want his to tell everyone!!

I don't want to tell my husband I'm pregnant right off the bat because he can't keep a secret and wil tell everyone when I want to wait! Anyone had this issue? I want to wait I'll after we get our first ultrasound to tell everyone. My husband has a big mouth and I know he will tell everyone. I just want to be sure we are pregnant and everything is okay to tell everyone.

Ahh!! I couldn't imagine not telling my husband 😱 BUT if your husband seriously can't control himself, (despite his wife's wishes and how she feels about announcing), then you should most definitely wait! Don't even tell him until you are 100% ready for the world to know. So if that means waiting till 12 weeks, then by golly, do it! He really can't be mad at you, considering you do have good reason behind the wait. So don't feel guilty or anything - you need to make sure you are comfortable with when and how to share the news. And by waiting to tell him until you are comfortable, you are most likely avoiding unnecessary arguments and fights, (i.e. when to tell, why to wait, how come he's a blabber mouth, etc.)

My husband is the same exact way. Found out we were pregnant 3 weeks in, told him not to say anything until I went to the doctor, 2 days later I look him in the eye and say "you told your mom didn't you?" He avoids eye contact, which was a big yes, and then admits he told his mom, dad, and one sister. His dad and sister can't keep a secret if their life depended on it lol. I just really wanted to wait because I wasn't telling my family until I hit 12 weeks and I didn't want it getting back to them that his family knew for a while and they didn't. But he can never keep a secret about anything. He tells on himself lol.

I completely understand. I asked my husband not to tell anyone until I was out of the first trimester.. I came home one day and he had told his dad, sister, cousins, and aunt. 
And his aunt is even more of a loud mouth than him, and she posted it on Facebook.
