Day 4 Ovulation Test

Hopefully you guys can see it this is day 4 leading up to ovulation the line is a little more dark and prominent in person I had sex day 1 and day 2 would today be a good time too? Ovulation is suppose to be on Saturday should I retest on Saturday? I have PCOS and I’m trying to conceive.
