This is a little long but PLEASE READ !!

I need some advice or ideas on what I'm going through. I tested positive for pregnancy in the end of August 2024, I had an OB appointment and it was confirmed.But in the end of September (the 30th) I got the news I was going through a missed miscarriage. My OB and I decided it was best to wait a few days to let the process happen naturally, nothing happened (during this time I was still having bad morning sickness) Oct 11, 2024 | end up taking prescribed misoprostol. Few weeks went by and by then I was feeling normal (besides how I was feeling emotionally) November 9th I started light spotting. November 11th I had a GUSH of blood. I bleed a few days then spotted for WEEKS until the beginning of December. The first week of December I was cramping really bad and I was still spotting. December 7th I ended up in the emergency room, I got told I had a decent size ovarian cyst on my right ovary. I started feeling better after that, in early January I had another ultrasound to check the ovarian cysts and it had gotten smaller? Or I guess disappeared? but since sometime around December 15, 2024 | have still not had a period or even had spotting. I decide to start testing for ovulation this month. And here are my results. I do have an appointment with my gynecologist in April to talk to them and see what's going on with my body, why I haven't gotten a period since November. Anyone has gone through something similar? What were you told.
