Spotting at 12dpo, af 2 days late

So I had spotting at 12dpo hardly anything but assumed af starting as def felt like it was coming, then next day nothing, so took a test... Bfn 13dpo. Took another test 14dpo.. Bfn... So thought I'm out and just wait for af.

Today is 16dpo, no af or signs of af and I've no tests 😅 so need to get some but just wondered if anyone got their bfp this late? I'm assuming af is just being put of whack this month, I'm usually 28 day cycle.... Hoping for bfp but been stark white negatives 13 and 14dpo 🙄
