Does anyone here have a Congenital Heart Defect?

If so, what kind?
How has it affected TTC / pregnancy?

I had a vsd muscle bundle (while in my heart) it was corrected with open heart surgery when I was 5. I also have scimitar syndrome. I didn't have a problem trying to conceive. My pregnancy is considered high risk and I will need a second open heart surgery several months after the baby is born. They get more concerned in the 3rd trimester because that's when your heart works the hardest with all the extra blood volume. So far I'm doing good cardiac wise act 23w 4d.

I was born with double inlet left ventricle, I currently have a minor leak in my heart, but I feel great actually it doesn’t affect me at all , our daughter has a few minor heart defects but we were told they should go away a few months after she’s born

Other than having multiple Echos on myself and the baby I haven't had any trouble.  34 weeks todag
