I just soilled half of what I managed to pump and I’m crying

14days post partum/ exclusive breastfeeding

My right nipple’s been aching all day (baby girl accidentally bit it last night,) and I’ve been trying to pump for a couple of days now to start a small milk stash

I managed to pump a couple of mmls of milk for the first time in days, I managed to get close to half an ounce, I moved and the seam of the pump opened and I lost half of it

I’ve been crying for the last 10 minutes 🥺😭

Whoever said “don’t cry over spilled milk” has clearly never spilled freshly pumped milk
