Baby dust

On 10DPO had some vivid dreams and I had some mild cramping. And was sick to my stomach feeling. 11DPO I caved and took a test. Negative. 13DPO and no signs of AF and massive headaches and sex drive is high and discharge is massive. Is it possible I can still get a positive? Or just my normal hormones for AF. Seems like it’s different this time or could just be my mind we have been trying for almost a year now and it’s draining. It’s just draining cause my first one which was 14 years ago was positive within 7DPO.
