Menstrual cup for conception question
How much of the donation is still in the cup when you take it out? This is our first time using it and when we took it out it looked the same amount, but we do not know if it is just the fluid without the sperm (if they have already traveled) or if something went wrong. Hips elevated for a little over an hour, and kept the cup in for around 5 hours.
