What would you do

If your husband put a deposit down on a rundown apartment that he went to see alone and you continue to tell him it wasn't a good situation because they're old and look like they'd have bugs. Then the first night you move in you get confirmation it does in fact have roaches and you're already traumatized from a previous situation but spent all your money on this piece of shit apartment. Literally what do you do? Because I've been handing it by crying for an hour straight.
