7 weeks - Another HG what pregnancy. Tips tricks and advice welcomed

I am 7 weeks today and the sickness is creeping in . I had HG for both of my previous children , with my daughter I was sick until I gave birth and my son it stopped around 5 or 6 months .

For the past week the all day sickness has started and don’t have an apt until 8 weeks . Zofran helps me keep food down for a few hours but I wish there was something else that worked for others . I’ve heard about b6 but I’m not sure what dose works and if it’s safe in high doses for the baby.

This is absolutely miserable trying to care for two children and feeling this way .
