HELP. Sick family, no help.

I need tips or tricks or just a miracle. Both me, my 5 year old and now the 10 month old all have the flu. My husband travels for work once a year and is gone for about 2 weeks and OF COURSE this all happened while he’s not here. Even with 800mg of ibuprofen my temp is still 100. I fell asleep on the floor of the play room for a hour and have spent all day barely functional. The 5 year old got sick first and is now pepping back up but I am absolutely wrecked and now the baby is sick. Besides loading everyone full of fluids and Motrin/tylenol, what else can I do. I’m used to juggling the two kids solo, but not while we’re all sick. 🥴
