Ovulation pain 🥺?!

Me n my SO have been TTC since September. In November I found out I was having an ectopic pregnancy and it had to be terminated immediately. First dose of medication was unsuccessful & I repeated treatment within 3 weeks. My cycle returned February. Ever since it seems like I can feel myself ovulating. Is this normal? Am I more at risk for repeated ectopics? It was so painful n traumatic that even feeling myself ovulate causes me anxiety. My surge was yesterday I believe I felt the ovulation pain the day before. Accurate??
