Marginal Cord Insertion
Today I had my anatomy scan at 22w1d and everything with baby girl was looking great, measuring right on time!
The only thing she saw was that I have a marginal cord insertion so the umbilical cord is located on the edge of my placenta. She told me not to worry and that it’s pretty common- I’ll just have to go for growth ultrasounds every 4 weeks until she’s born to make sure her growth rate is on track.
Does anyone have any experience with this and everything turned out perfectly fine? She told me to stay off google but.. it’s hard👀 lol
