29 weeks pelvic pain

Hi yall, I’m 29 weeks baby is measuring a week and 3 days ahead. This is my SECOND baby I never experienced this with my first but for the last 4-5 days I have had extreme pain and pressure in my pelvic groin area. Sometimes when I go pee I get a sharp pain and it hurts even while making a BM. Do you know what it feels like when you have your period and you get that shooting pain in your butt when you have your period like if you have to go to the bathroom or whatever that's what it feels like. Has anyone else experienced this? Almost like a trapped gas feeling too.
