Bleeding 2 days after sex

So I started a new relationship with someone and we had unprotected sex last week Thursday, it was REALLY good and he lasted a long time, like an odd amount of time.

We had sex again on Saturday again very good.

But he never came. We talked about it and he said he doesn’t cum during sex only during masturbation… weird right?!

Anyway, now I’m bleeding bright red almost like fill a tampon amount of bleeding.

Any advice or thoughts of what could be going on?
