In need of advice

I am a few days late now and I have taken 2 pregnancy tests both have come back negative. I have been off birth control for a few months now and I know with my first two pregnancies it only took a few months to get pregnant even with my thyroid problem. ....just not sure what to do with this one I was supposed to start on 1/7/16 and nothing yet ...I know I am going to wait until at least Monday to see what happens then if nothing schedule a doctor's appointment.
