Breastfeeding and pregnant

My Daughter is 20 months old. And she is a complete boobie monster. Nurses all the time! I can’t seem to get her off of me. I’m 6 weeks pregnant now and my nipples are so sore from this pregnancy and now every time my daughter nurses I feel like I’m gonna go insane. I have no idea how to wean her. I always thought we were gonna make it past 2 with breastfeeding because that’s what’s recommended now a days but I don’t know if I can take anymore with this pregnancy. How do I wean a boob obsessed toddler?
