Concerned anxiety

I’ve been on BC for years now and not had any pink streak discharge light. And or kinda dark older blood discharge. But not heavy not a lot and just concerned me. I’m not sexually active but on it for cramps. I don’t get a period and haven’t had one since I don’t even know when. Years tho. But it normal to get random mild discharge after years of none. I’m not pregnant bc I haven’t had sex. But I have been stressed. Can that cause it. Sorry just been concerned. Day 3 but again not much at all just odd seeing it.
