thick discharge. 20 weeks

I am 20 weeks & 1 day along & i noticed this when i wiped. i dont have any cramps, fever, pressure, backache, or bleeding. I messaged my doctor but she wont get back to me until tomorrow afternoon. Should this be a cause of concern?
