Painful breast with weaning

I stopped exclusively pumping 7 days ago after slowly dropping pumps over several weeks. Hand expressed for a few minutes for 2 days after I stopped pumping, and now for 5 days I have not expressed at all and everything was good - I thought I had successfully dried myself up, but today I woke up with a really painful tight spot under my right breast. My breast in its entirety doesn't hurt - it's not feeling engorged or anything, it's just one specific spot that hurts if I touch it or move in a certain way. I used my hand pump for a few minutes today to see if it would help and it didn't really, and I don't want to start inducing milk production again by pumping. Any advice?
