Rash on babys face

Anyone know what this could be? He got this rash about 2ish weeks ago. It started like a small red patch like the first picture then I was applying eucerin cream & some breastmilk

and it looked like it was getting better but then he’d scratch at it and it started looking worse and now the eucerin cream doesn’t seem to be doing anything

We have a drs appt Monday but I just wanna know if there’s anything that can help until then. Noticed it started when I started to introduce solids but he wasn’t sleeping well and his tummy didn’t seem like he could handle it so we stopped. He’s 6m
