Could it be ovarian torsion?

I’ve had intense pain on my left side on and off since the beginning of March. I was also going through a miscarriage so for the most part we attributed the pain to that. However, the pains persisted after my MVA procedure — on and off. Right now, they’ve subsided and I’ve had a pretty chilled weekend although whenever I turn on my left side, I can feel some discomfort, like there’s something inside there like an object. Could I have had intermittent ovarian torsion and could it be that the nerves have died off hence the relief? I’m sorry, I know you’re not doctors but just wanted to see if anyone has had some experiences. I’m currently doing ultrasounds and MRI scans but my left ovary has not been visualised and I’m starting to worry.
