Low emotional battery

I’ve never posted but I’m getting low on my emotional battery here. Month after month of peeing on all kinds of sticks and the routine in it all is so exhausting. Not to mention the monthly disappointment when my period shows up. I’m trying not to release all my rage on my husband of course I ovulated yesterday according to the strips and the calendar and of course buddy gets sick with a stomach ache. Anyone else experience this kind of rage but had to bite their tongue. Ugh
