Speech delay
My son just turned two. He barely says mom, dad, this. No sentences or more words. He is great at following direction and understanding. He interact with other people. Points, eye contact, sympathies. Could this be a speech delay
Update: a test was done for his brain. It was a cap filled with gel. Results in a week. Thank you everyone
