No progress labor

39 weeks 4 day check up - been having contractions inconsistently since last week (some days it’s nonstop but not close enough together to go in and then other days it’s hit or miss) and still not even 1 cm dilated and barely 20% effaced and I’m literally bawling in the parking lot right now. And she said she does not expect me to go into labor naturally at this point so since I was trying for a VBAC I have to get either induced or a C-section by no later than next Saturday and I desperately did not want a C-section again but it’s not looking good.. I have literally done every labor inducing trick that she’s provided every day multiple times a day since 36 weeks and apparently it’s not making a lick of difference 💔
