Does this look bad

I got the Kyleena IUD three weeks ago. Since then I’ve had bad cramping, and have been bleeding since. I was minding my business when out of no where my stomach hurt so bad. I went to the bathroom and this came out of me. It has some white in it. Does this look concerning. I go to the doctor on the 15th to make sure I was placed correctly. I tried feeling for the strings with my fingers a week ago and couldn’t find them? I haven’t had sex or anything since I got it placed. I just wanna know if this looks worrying
