No Heartbeat 12 Weeks pregnant

Two days ago I went to get a private ultrasound and they said my baby measured 9w3d but I’m 12 weeks … they couldn’t find heartbeat. We rushed to the hospital & they did a regular ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound… they confirmed no heartbeat.. I have an appointment with obgyn in 2 days… i just read the paperwork they gave me from the hospital and it says I have anterior placenta. Is there a possibility they just were wrong and just couldn’t hear the heartbeat because of the placenta being anterior? Idk if i sound dumb…I’m just looking for a miracle 💔😔
