What do I do to my belly button piercing

It never healed from a year ago when I got it pierced I think he did it wrong… but now I’m pregnant and I switched to a long bar because my normal one was starting to dig in due to my stomach getting bigger and idk it doesn’t look good … does anyone know what to do in this situation?

They say if a piercing is infected don’t take it out before u heal the infection because it may close up the infection and trap it in the hole. Idk if it’s infected. I’m gonna see a professional don’t worry but in the meantime im just worried about it 😩😩😩 and yes i have belly hair sorry
