4 weeks today. Is it normal?

I’m 4 weeks today but recently these past 3 days I’ve been feeling so lightheaded out of nowhere 😭 is this normal or should I go to the er?

Totally normal and not an emergency. My sister went to the ER for light headedness in her first trimester and they did three tests to confirm pregnancy (one urine and two blood) kept her there for hours and then did a internal US and then sent her home with “drink more water”. Try to stay really really hydrated and if it’s that bad call your PCP or an OB.
