Second pregnancy cholestasis

This is my second pregnancy. My first I was diagnosed with cholestasis and induced at 36.5 weeks. Im 5 weeks today and my blood work is showing slightly elevated ALT (43) . I’m nervous it’s starting already .. everything else was normal
