Please don’t judge on this question

I’m 11 weeks pregnant. 4th pregnancy. I’ve never had sex with my other 3 (long story short, don’t get pregnant by males who up and leave upon finding out).. but with this one. I’m with the father still. But I feel horrible bc I won’t have sex. He hasn’t asked. He understands. But! I want too. I have a short cervix and just terrified. I’ve also lost 4 babies early in pregnancy for unknown reasons.

Is it safe? Should I avoid anything? I’m 28. You would think I would know these answers. I’m too embarrassed to asked the Obgyn. So I came to my fellow moms here.
