Early pregnancy symptoms??

Question for anyone that's been pregnant before. During early pregnancy is it normal to have symptoms come and go? I had almost all the symptoms last week, at 4 weeks, but now it's almost nothing. Light cramping too, but no bleeding. Maybe I'm just overly stressing. I should be 5 weeks 5 days today.

It’s normal! Symptoms come and go, and even those who’ve experienced multiple pregnancies can confirm that each pregnancy is also unique. Both pregnancies have been boys and overall it’s been a completely difference experience with each. I wouldn’t stress if I were you.

I'm 5+6 and my symptoms come and go and have been the strongest in the morning. Very normal.

That is perfectly normal(: you’re still early on. Right now your uterus is adjusting and beginning to grow. I had light cramping with my first, but with this one I had heavy cramping for 2 weeks!! Everything was fine though. I did have an ovarian cyst that ruptured, so some of that cramping could have been from that. My symptoms came and went all the time, now I can feel my baby kick so I know he’s in there relaxing lol.
