Short luteal phase after miscarriage

I had a missed miscarriage in Feb then my period came 5 days later. I ovulated last weekend according to my ovulation test and wasnt due on until next friday however my period showed up yesterday which meant my luteal phase was only 7 days. Is.this normal after a loss?.feeling really discouraged
