No movement on ultrasound??

First ultrasound at 8 weeks 1 day. We didn’t see baby moving but heart rate was 170. Is it normal to not see the baby move at 8 weeks??

Perfectly normal so early. Always ask your ultrasound tech and OB while you are there in person if you have concerns so you don't go home worried.

Yes it’s normal every pregnancy is different with my daughter she was sleeping to when I first heard her heartbeat I was 12 weeks I had to wake her up then she started moving as kicking me and I’m pregnant with my second baby and my baby was bouncing around at 7 weeks and 2days so it’s normal ❤️❤️

Baby was probably sleeping. My baby had very little movement at my 8 week ultrasound & then I went for a private ultrasound at 10 weeks 5 days & baby was moving around like crazy!
