Pregnancy Workouts??
Needing some workouts safe for someone who doesn’t typically workout, but wants to now that they’re pregnant 😅
I did lift weights in the past, but I stopped well before getting pregnant and don’t want to push my body if that makes sense? I’m 11w4d with my second and have round ligament pain. I also get light headed super easily.. body-weight workouts should be fine though right?? Obviously walking is always good but it’s HOT outside haha.
