Initiating Sex while Sleeping

Ok ladies, my man and I are very active partners but our work schedules don’t align. He works nights and the days I’m off mostly. So we take every chance we can get. We were talking about initiating sex while the other is sleeping. Both have consented to this, having different sleep schedules you gotta get it while you can lol. Obviously it’s so easy for him to initiate while I’m somewhat asleep but I’m curious what the ladies do. Sometimes if he’s sleeping in a certain position it’s hard to grab the goods ya know what I mean lol do I just roll his ass over haha lmk your thoughts!!!!! TIA!!!
