Toddler urination

my 3 year old has been complaining about her private area “ hurting for over a month.

we took her in to a urgent care, maybe 3 weeks ago and they ran urine tests and said everything came back negative, but they detected a small amount of blood in it. they said to just keep it clean, and offer lots of fluids.

a week and a half goes by, still complaining.

We took her into her pediatrician & they said the same thing. Urine was negative for everything, still seen a small amount of blood. they gave us a cream used for yeast infections, just bc they think it’s more of an irritation down there.

they also said it could be caused by constipation, so said to try mirlax for a few days- we did.

another week has went by, and she’s still complaining.

I’m lost on what to do.. everything just keeps coming back negative. but she’s still complaining everyday, all day. while just walking she’ll hold down there & says it hurts..

what can I do??
