Positive borderline short cervix stories?

Had my routine anatomy scan today at 19 weeks. Baby is perfect (and measuring ahead even!), but I have a borderline shortened cervix (2.7-2.9 cm) and multiple placental lakes. They’re less worried about the lakes because baby is measuring big, but more worried about the cervix. They mentioned increased ultrasounds for now, but no other treatment at this length because I’m low risk otherwise (all 3 of my previous pregnancies went past 39 weeks).

Anyone have any positive stories about short or borderline short cervix? I really hope baby makes it full term. 😔
