IUI - Thought I Was 7w1d

I took Letrozole CD 3-5, trigger shot on 3/17, IUI on 3/18.

According to my ovulation strips and bbt I ovulated on 3/20 or 3/21.

Fertility clinic did no blood work or ultrasounds to confirm ovulation. Just stated to wait two weeks and then test for pregnancy.

I got a positive pregnancy test on 3/30 and multiple days following using various test brands.

On 4/1 my HCG was 50

On 4/3 my HCG was 100

On 4/7 my HCG was 443

Today I had an ultrasound and the clinic stated only a sac was present and was measuring at 5w1d and stated that because of this they believe it’s an early miscarriage but offered for a follow up ultrasound and HCG next week.

Has anyone ever had a similar situation and still had a successful pregnancy?
