I need help on how to latch my baby

I had a c section so my milk wasn’t there even tho I was pumping. At the hospital I asked for donors milk so he was feeding from a bottle. I was still trying to latch him had people come, and help me. I took him home, and he still hasn’t latched he’s going to be a month old on Monday and I really want him to latch I am tired of pumping every 2 hours sometimes I miss it and my supply is only 1/2 oz each side and he sometimes fully drinking the 4oz and when I don’t have enough I have to give him formula. I don’t like the formula I see discomfort and I feel from him not latching I can’t produce enough milk. Any suggestions.
