Did my BD sexual assault me?

Yesterday my son’s dad came over & our relationship is pretty rocky. I raise our son all on my own. I went through my pregnancy alone & I still do everything alone. He’s always in & out & only bought him clothes 1 time & seen him maybe 3-4 times. My son is 1 now. Lately he’s been trying to “get his life together” & make better decisions etc. I’m not sure I fully believe that especially after yesterday, but I tried to give him a chance to be there for his son.

So just to fast forward I let him come to my place yesterday & prior to this we had conversations in public places. They all didn’t go the best conversation wise but I seen some progress so I thought him coming over would be okay.

As soon as he’s there he getting pretty touchy feely & I’m telling him no I don’t want to have sex. & I especially didn’t want to because my birth control pills ran out. He kept trying & trying & I said no I don’t want to & it’s not a good idea. Ultimately he pushes me up against the wall & starts fingering me. I told him no & stop & then he kept going & well… yeah. 😕I felt a little violated after & confused… definitely will keep my distance.
