5w5d ultrasound abnormal?

Guys I need help. I was looking at other ultrasounds and they look so different from mine. Is this abnormal? Why don’t I have a clear white ring for the yolk sac or do you see it at the top? Doc wasn’t sure if that was the embryo no heartbeat and I’m nervous the pregnancy isn’t going as it should despite my symptoms growing. Please help has anyone had this kind of ultrasound at end of 5w??

Well ultrasounds are gonna look different if you had a trans vaginal or an abdominal ultrasound so it just depends

yes this is perfect. you are VERY early in this ultrasound, yes you can see the yolk sac most likely but it’s hard to see. also, the heartbeat doesn’t show on ultrasound until 6 weeks!!!

I ovulate late in my cycles like c18/19 and I started spotting around the time of expected period straight to when I did this appointment. Doc gave me progesterone and it has stopped my bleeding. So here I am in 6weeks by now worried and wondering if I’m having a silent miscarriage. No heavy bleeding or severe pain
