Help?!?

Hi all so I’m late I’ve been having pelvic pain since day 28 with a few drops of pink spotting on this same day (I thought implantation initially) i felt like I had a extremely faint line on day 29 then negative every day since I usually have 25 days in my cycle… im now on day 41 and just had a tiny black clot

I have no clue what’s going on went to drs they did a bunch of bloods one for cancer but been given the all clear

And I’m now awaiting a internal scan

Any ideas ??
